Dahiwali Phudina ki Chutney

Dahiwali phudina chutney is an unusual combination of coriander, mint leaves and curds. . Lemon juice is added to give a nice colour to this chutney. . This can be used for serving with any tikkis. . . .

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Makes 1 cup


1/2 cup roughly chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup roughly chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
2 green chillies , roughly chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
12 ginger (adrak)
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
1/2 cup fresh curds (dahi) , whisked

1. Combine all the ingredients, except the curds and blend in a blender to a
smooth paste using a little water.
2. Transfer the chutney to a bowl, add the curds and mix well.
3. Refrigerate and use as require
